All trainings are sold subject to availability and to the below terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read prior to purchase as purchasing a course constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If you need to cancel your attendance at a scheduled course, you can choose to transfer to another scheduled course date up to FIVE WORKING DAYS before. Please contact us in person if you wish to transfer. Inviqa do not offer refunds in this scenario. Alternatively, you can send someone else from your organisation for no additional charge.
We might cancel or reschedule your courses if there aren't enough people booked on. It's really unlikely but if this happens then in the first instance we will transfer you to another scheduled course date or to a different scheduled course. If neither option is satisfactory then we give you a full refund. Unfortunately we won't reimburse you for any costs you incur as a result of us cancelling.
